2. Products & Services
We specialize in the sale of perfume oils and fragrance products. All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in packaging or presentation may occur.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched. Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money and Bank Transfer. We do not store sensitive payment information such as PINs or passwords.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery services include Yango, Bolt, and client-arranged riders, subject to availability.
Free delivery applies to orders above GHS 1,000. Orders below GHS 1,000 attract a delivery fee based on the drop-off location, which will be communicated during checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Opulent Perfumery & Trading is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all items are considered personal-use products. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once a product has left our store.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website, including engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting unauthorized access, or violating applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
