Yes. We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery fees vary by location.
What delivery options are available for my order?
Customers may choose Yango or Bolt for fast and convenient delivery within Accra. Delivery cost is based on distance and time. Customers may arrange pickup using their own rider or courier at an agreed pickup location after order confirmation
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for orders exceeding GHS 1,000.
Orders valued below GHS 1,000 are subject to a delivery fee determined by the delivery location. All applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during checkout
Can I pay on delivery?
No. we do not offer pay-on-delivery services. full payment is required before delivery or pickup
When do you do delivery?
Deliveries are made between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
What information is needed for delivery?
Customers must provide accurate contact details including Name and Telephone and exact location with the nearest landmark, Also any changes to delivery details must be communicated on time to avoid delays
How long does delivery take after payment?
Orders are scheduled for delivery based on the next available delivery day after payment confirmation. Standard delivery option across Accra, delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation
